Frances and Ian have lived in Iceland, as permanent residents, since August 2010. Moving here from the North of Scotland after a life of hospitality and tourism. Married for over 54 years. Frances manages the guest house and Ian still works as a driver guide for a small family business and our own guest bookings.
Our motivation is to provide a good standard but affordable to those that visit Iceland. We offer a minimum of 2 nights Bed & Breakfast stay, with an evening meal if booked in advance. A shuttle service from the airport is available.
For 2025, we are introducing two affordable packages.
A set price for a day tour anywhere in Iceland, based on a 10 hour day, for up to 4 people. Classic day tours or bespoke or explore the remote wilderness. You can book as a single traveller or a family (we can manage 5). Or find some friends, we do not pick-up and mix. See Day Tours
A limited number of all inclusive holidays, (not include flights, you have to pay that separately). Package includes, Bed and Breakfast, Airport Shuttle – both ways, dinner (on some nights), and private or small group tours with Ian as the driver guide. See our Privileged packages.
